What is conversational marketing?

Who is the Conversational Marketing training for?

Are you involved in digital marketing, online communication and want to start conversational marketing, for example with WhatsApp or via Instagram? Then this training is perfect for you. A lot of prior knowledge is not required. We will take you into the world of conversational marketing and you will learn how to realize 1-to-1 customer contact for hyper personalization and relevance. We do advise you to think about the goals you want to achieve with conversational marketing.

This training includes the following components:

  • What is conversational marketing from an omnichannel approach;
  • What tools are there and what are the differences;
  • In what ways you can trigger people and collect opt-ins;
  • How you take conversational marketing from concept to execution;
  • Creating measurable campaigns.

What is the study load?

The study load is one half day (3 hours)
