Who is the recruitment training course modern job writing for?

What will you learn during the recruitment training course Modern Vacancy Text Writing?

Day 1

In this first part of the day you start with the basics - what you need to create a good job ad. Using a framework, you examine in detail for whom you are actually writing. What appeals to the ideal candidate? What does this candidate want to know about the position, the team and your organization? And what makes this candidate click the apply button at the bottom of the job posting? The better this preparation, the easier it becomes to write pre-selectively. You will always use the right words for the right candidate.

A few components:

Facts and figures about the importance of good job ads;
Getting started with your own job ads;
Tone of voice in job ads;
Rules and ingredients to create the ideal job ad;
Tips for your Call To Action.

What will you learn during the recruitment training course modern job writing?

Day 2

In the second half of the day, you will learn how to write an intro based on a Job Value Proposition so that candidates will want to keep reading after the intro. You will also learn many different writing techniques to make your texts more attractive and recruiting. A little preview:

You'll learn why it's good to write at B1 level for some jobs (and how to do it);
You learn candidate-focused writing;
You discover how to get a nice rhythm in your sentences - and thus in your text;
You practice the concept of "show, don't tell," or in other words: visual writing;
You will discover how to turn hollow phrases and clichés into concrete language - and why this is so important for a job ad.

Course 3 day training sessions of your choice

What is the study load?

The study load is two 3-hour half-day sessions.
