Of course, ChatGPT is also covered in the training. You will learn how to use this AI tool to improve the writing process and will be given practical tips and useful prompts that you can use right away during the writing assignments in the training. Above all, you will learn what makes a text a good text. You will need this knowledge to be able to assess the output of ChatGPT. The result: strong vacancy texts on your website, in your newsletter and/or on your social media channels.
In this interactive training, aimed at your team of recruiters and HR professionals, we combine the essentials of recruiting writing with fine-tuning your job postings. We start with the basics of target group oriented writing, including techniques to avoid clichés and get your message across clearly. Then we dive deeper into advanced writing techniques such as SEO, creating attractive job titles, and writing effective call-to-actions. This training gives you the tools and knowledge to write job postings that result in higher quality applicants, with more fun and efficiency in the writing process.
