How are TAP graduates doing now?

After the traineeship, our trainees enter a 3-month trial period at various leading organizations in Europe. During this period, they earn only an internship allowance, but at the end of the trial period, there is an option to employ these professionals for at least 6 months. Organizations immediately notice the enthusiasm and motivation with which our trainees start, and eventually, almost everyone transitions into permanent employment. It's fantastic to see!
