In this training you take the first step towards becoming a Digital Recruiter. You will learn all the basics of Digital Recruitment. This training consists of several parts:

  • Introduction to Digital Recruitment;
  • Trends & developments within digital recruitment;
  • Developing a digital recruitment strategy;
  • Reaching the right target groups;
  • The candidate journey of your target groups.

What will you learn during the digital recruitment course?

Recruitment Strategy: Resource Mix & Business Case

This training consists of several components:

  • What channels are there;
  • How to research and determine the potential of channels;
  • Which channels are interesting for your target audience and objectives);
  • How to determine the ideal mix of channels based on available budget;
  • How to translate the recruitment strategy, channel mix and budgets into an appropriate business case.

In this training you will take a step towards creating better concepts and content as a digital recruiter. You will learn all the basics of concept & content in the field of recruitment.
This training consists of several parts:

  • What is employer branding?
  • What is the ideal relationship between the corporate and employer brand?
  • How to develop an employer brand concept?
  • What is an EVP and how do I apply it?
  • The role of brand archetypes.
  • The application of the employer brand in each of the phases in the journey.
  • Getting started with the development of an employer brand.

Modern Vacancy Writing Part 1
The different generations on the job market require different writing styles in your job ads. During this half-day workshop you will learn how to write appropriate and modern job ads that appeal to your target audience.

Copywriting with AI

Of course ChatGPT is also part of the training. You will learn how to use this AI tool to improve the writing process and you will be given practical tips and handy prompts that you can use right away during the writing assignments in the training. Above all, you will learn what makes a text a good text. You will need this knowledge to be able to assess the output of ChatGPT. The result: strong vacancy texts on your website, in your newsletter and/or on your social media channels.

After this training you will have the following skills:

  • You know why good job ads are so important;
  • You know the difference between a good and a bad job ad using lots of examples;
  • You know how to write and/or improve your job ads.

Writing Modern Vacancy Texts Part 2

In the second training course on writing modern job ads, you will learn how to write an intro based on a Job Value Proposition so that candidates will want to read on after the intro. You will also learn many different writing techniques to make your texts more attractive and recruiting. A little preview:

  • You'll learn why it's good to write at B1 level for some jobs (and how to do it);
  • You learn candidate-focused writing;
  • You discover how to get a nice rhythm in your sentences - and thus in your text;
  • You practice the concept of "show, don't tell," or in other words: visual writing;
  • You will discover how to turn hollow phrases and clichés into concrete language - and why this is so important for a job ad.

In this training you will take a step to advertise as a digital recruiter. You will learn all the basics about advertising specialized on Digital Recruitment. This training consists of several parts:

  • Introduction to online advertising opportunities.
  • We will discuss different types of campaigns including display campaigns, Youtube campaigns and how to deploy them effectively.
  • Best practices within the different channels with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Focus on platforms such as indeed, LinkedIn Jobs and Google Jobs.
  • Step-by-step walk through the process of setting up an effective campaign.
  • How to use AI to work more efficiently and improve performance.
  • During the training there will be plenty of room to ask questions about your specific case.
  • Not unimportant: We will give you the tools and knowledge to get started and lay a solid foundation for a successful campaign.

  • Recruitment via LinkedIn Advertising;
  • Recruitment through Snapchat Advertising.

Essentials and Strategies for Successful Recruiting
With our practical approach and active assignments, each trainee will be equipped with the knowledge to create an effective recruitment plan and approach and engage candidates in an innovative way.This training consists of several components:

  • Proactive recruiting and its five phases:
  • Target group analysis
  • Setting up a recruitment plan
  • Performing a search (Boolean search strings)
  • The first contact with the candidate
  • Building the Database
  • Tips & tricks for using LinkedIn as a recruiter
  • How to use ChatGPT and AI in recruitment
  • You will actively work on a number of assignments.

Recruiter's Roadmap: Essentials and Strategies for Successful Recruiting.

After following this course:
  • You are familiar with all aspects of Digital Recruitment;
  • Master your skills as a digital recruiter to better find and retain (future) employees online;
  • You are able to develop a digital recruitment strategy;

  • Do you have Insight in writing effective and modern vacancy texts;
  • Do you have skills in using AI and ChatGPT to improve the writing process;

What is the study load?

The study load is 8, 3-hour half-day sessions.
